General Information

All individuals attending the event this year must register with the event prior to being admitted into the Tournament and there will be a registration fee for everyone above the age of 6 entering the Convention Center.

For this year's event, registration is required for all spectators over the age of 6. You may register for either a tournament Weekend Pass for $15, or Single Day Pass for $6, Student (age 6 - 18 yrs) Weekend Pass $5, Student Single day Pass $2. Registration must be completed online at www.accesspasses.com/ecvb/ and wristbands may be picked up in the Charles Street Lobby of the Baltimore Convention Center. Wristbands may also be picked up at Coppin State University. Once registered, print your receipt and bring it with you to pick up your wristbands.

All people entering the halls will have to show their registration badge – NO EXCEPTIONS.  Players and up to 2 coaches listed on the roster will receive their registration badges with their registration packets.

Team Drop Form

We MUST receive the Team Drop Form by February 12th for a Full Refund.

All entry fees are nontransferable which means if you drop a team and insert another, the entry fee for the first team cannot be used for the second team. Each entry fee must include a Entry Form and roster for each team.

Rosters

All Roster information will be submitted on www.advancedeventsystems.com. You must have roster information  to register for the Event.  Rosters may have up to 15 players and 5 staff members.  Each team MUST have a coach that is at the minimum IMPACT Certified. 

IMPACT Clinic

There will not be an IMPACT Clinic provided at the Northeast Qualifier.  Please be sure to have your coach IMPACT Certified prior to attending the NEQ.

 Team Check In

NEQ I - Friday March 26th, 4-9pm, Charles Street Lobby Entrance of the Baltimore Convention Center.  Saturday check in also available 6:30am - 2pm.  All teams MUST be checked in prior to stepping on the court.

NEQ II - Thursday April 1st, 4-9pm , Charles Street Lobby Entrance of the Baltimore Convention Center.  Friday check in also available 6:30am - 2pm.  All teams MUST be checked in prior to stepping on the court.

USA High Performance Tryouts

Trainers

There will be certified trainers at two locations within the playing venue.  They will provide   services beginning at 7am prior to play.  Tape is limited please bring your own tape or you can purchase a roll for $2.00.

Medical Releases

All coaches are required to have a Medical Release Form for each player with them at all times.  The representative of the team will be required to sign a statement at Team Check-In, which verifies that the forms are in their possession.  USAV Medical Release Form

Team Practices

The ASICS Northeast Qualifier does not have practice courts available. 

Coaches Meeting

There will not be a coaches meeting.  All information will be posted on our website.  All coaches are responsible for any updates.

Playing Times

Competition will begin on Saturday, March 27, 2010 and Friday April 2, 2010.  Play is at the Baltimore Convention Center and Coppin State University week 1.  All play is at the Baltimore Convention Center week 2.  A wave play format will be used with the morning wave beginning at 8:00 AM and the afternoon wave beginning at 3:00 PM. Confirmed Wave Play start times will be posted under Teams and Schedules once available.
